A mission-driven UK organisation is seeking a talented Events Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of live events and digital products. This role sits at the heart of their operations, playing a key part in project management, client engagement, supplier coordination and delivering exceptional delegate experiences across global conferences, webinars and digital campaigns.

What Youβll Be Doing
- Managing multiple live events and digital products simultaneously
- Leading end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met
- Acting as the central communication point for internal teams, clients and external partners
- Sourcing and securing venues aligned with event objectives, budgets and logistics requirements
- Overseeing all event logistics including AV, catering, branding, staffing, ticketing and supplier coordination
- Leading onsite event delivery, briefing teams, managing set-up and ensuring seamless execution
- Working closely with commercial teams to fulfil sponsorship deliverables and identify new inventory opportunities
- Collaborating with editorial teams on agendas, run-of-show and speaker management
- Partnering with marketing teams to ensure accurate communication to delegates
- Owning event and digital product budgets, tracking spend, negotiating supplier rates and ensuring profitability
- Enhancing processes and efficiencies across events and digital projects
- Managing client relationships, understanding objectives and ensuring KPIs are met
- Ensuring high-quality delegate and client experience across all touchpoints
- Supporting sustainability, team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
What Youβll Bring
- 3+ yearsβ experience in the events industry
- Strong project management experience (preferred)
- Exceptional organisation, time management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Confidence working with clients, stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience handling budgets and negotiating with suppliers
- Proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable with global travel and occasional flexible hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Motivated, collaborative and calm under pressure
- Ability to handle manual, onsite event duties when required
