We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing commercial organisation to find an experienced Head of Telemarketing to lead and develop a high-performing team that plays a central role in revenue delivery and future talent development. Reporting into senior leadership, this role owns the end-to-end delivery of telemarketing activity across a varied portfolio of campaigns. Alongside performance, there is a strong focus on people leadership, with the team acting as an important entry point into wider commercial roles across the business.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, commercially minded leader who enjoys operating in pacey, target-led environments and takes real pride in developing people at the early stages of their careers.

What will this role include?

  • Leading and managing a growing telemarketing team, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are consistently met
  • Planning and delivering telemarketing campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing teams, including resourcing, data usage, targets, and timelines
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing ambitious individuals, building a strong internal talent pipeline
  • Driving team engagement and retention through regular feedback, development initiatives, and progression planning
  • Owning performance reporting and providing clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Designing and delivering structured training and development sessions
  • Supporting internal progression into broader commercial roles across the organisation
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure telemarketing activity aligns with wider commercial objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience leading teams in a sales or KPI-driven environment
  • A commercially astute leader with a track record of driving performance and addressing underperformance effectively
  • Experience developing early-career or entry-level talent
  • Passionate about building inclusive, supportive, and high-performing teams
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Organised, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coaching & development
  • Performance management
  • Planning & organisation
  • French and German language would be an advantage.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity to step into a senior, influential leadership role within a business that values development, internal progression, and long-term growth. You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how early commercial talent is developed across the organisation.
