This brand-new opportunity within B2B event and project management might be the one for you if you have some experience within B2B event operations and are looking for a new challenge! We are looking for event professionals with previous experience in end-to-end operations, logistics, and project management of B2B events – specifically within conferences and awards.

You would be joining a market leading B2B media and publishing group to help them deliver a series of prestigious events within their flagship brand. This role will allow you to extend and enhance your experience in the delivery of complex B2B events within a company that offers great work environment and plenty of opportunities for internal career growth. Responsibilities:

  • Project managing the event operations and logistics cycle across the full portfolio of conferences and awards (incl. budget management, venue sourcing, supplier management, overseeing production of timelines & event reports, etc.)
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop strategic marketing campaigns that drive event growth (brand equity and award entries)
  • Working closely with the commercial team to ensure financial objectives are being monitored + met (sales & revenue accountability)
  • Managing external stakeholder relationships and overseeing the judging process (judge selection, category award management & development)
  • Overseeing the event on-site delivery
  • Conducting thorough post-event analysis

Qualifications:

  • Strong event/project management experience within B2B conferences and awards
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility for full project delivery
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Supplier sourcing and stakeholder management experience
  • Can-do attitude and passion for creating memorable events
