A performance-focused media agency is looking for an experienced Digital Media Buyer & Planner to join its London-based team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting. It would suit someone who is commercially minded, understands how media performance ties back to revenue, and is confident identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and results-oriented, with clear accountability for delivery and performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing cross-channel media strategies aligned to client objectives
  • Setting up, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and DSP platforms
  • Managing budgets, pacing and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR)
  • Producing clear reports and actionable insights for clients
  • Building strong relationships with platform partners
  • Identifying upsell and optimisation opportunities within existing accounts

What they’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in media planning and buying across paid social, Google and programmatic
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and DSP platforms
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and campaign expectations
  • Organised, proactive and detail-focused
  • Commercially aware, with a natural instinct for spotting growth opportunities

This is a strong opportunity for a performance marketer who wants greater ownership, more client exposure and the chance to influence both strategy and results within a growing agency.
