Key Responsibilities- Manage communications with high-profile speakers, including invitations, follow-ups, briefings, and preparation calls
- Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date speaker database
- Research and identify emerging voices and rising stars in the tech ecosystem to ensure fresh and relevant content
- Support the development of event agendas and content themes through in-depth industry research
- Collaborate closely with the wider content team to curate engaging, high-quality programmes
- Prepare speaker briefing documents and ensure all relevant information is collected and shared
- Facilitate introductions and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Track outreach activity and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple events
- 2–3 years’ experience in event content curation, production, or a related role
- Strong interest in the tech startup and innovation ecosystem
- Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
