This role supports the delivery of two large-scale exhibitions. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to execute impactful campaigns and drive visitor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including media, direct marketing, and PR activity
- Create compelling, targeted copy across multiple channels, particularly email marketing, working with data teams to analyse and optimise performance
- Manage and develop social media channels, producing engaging content and contributing to overall strategy
- Identify and secure media and promotional partnerships to extend campaign reach
- Maintain and update the event website via CMS, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date
- Collaborate with sponsors and exhibitors to deliver agreed marketing outputs to a high standard
- Assist the sales team with lead generation activity, including targeted campaigns, promotional mailers, and the creation of marketing materials
- Provide onsite support during live events, including press coordination, content capture, and competition management
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or similar role
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
- Interest in events, exhibitions, or live experiences
