A fast-growing, award-winning social and creator agency is looking for an experienced Head of Client Services to lead its client partnerships team during a major stage of growth.
Our client is looking for someone established, confident and commercially sharp who knows how to build strong relationships, run high-performing accounts and bring structure to a growing team.
You’ll work closely with founders and senior leadership to oversee key client partnerships, strengthen internal processes, and help turn exciting opportunities into long-term retained relationships. This isn’t cold sales or outbound focused — it’s about leading from the front, building trust, and helping shape standout creative and commercial solutions once conversations are already in motion.
- Leading the client services function across major brand accounts
- Managing and mentoring the account management team
- Supporting pitches, proposals and commercial packaging alongside leadership
- Driving strong client retention, satisfaction and account growth
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and agency partners
Currently working at Head of Client Services level (or equivalent) within a social, creator or influencer agency
- ~6+ years’ agency experience with a strong account management foundation
- ~ Experience managing teams and overseeing multiple large accounts
- ~ Strong understanding of social-first campaigns, creator marketing and digital culture
