We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing creative production studio that's redefining how brands create content through the use of cutting-edge technology and world-class creative talent. Working with globally recognised brands, broadcasters and entertainment clients, they’re looking for a Lead Editor to join their London team and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial, social and branded content at pace.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves crafting exceptional edits while also leading and developing a small team. You’ll be comfortable switching between client deliverables, social-first content, pitch videos and internal creative projects, all while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading edits across commercial, branded and social content projects
  • Creating fast-turnaround content across multiple briefs
  • Using After Effects for motion graphics, compositing and finishing touches
  • Collaborating with creatives and producers to deliver projects on time
  • Managing and mentoring junior and freelance editors
  • Supporting pitches with concept videos, sizzle reels and animated presentations
  • Working alongside creative technologists and emerging AI workflows

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years' editing experience within an agency, production studio or commercial environment
  • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects skills
  • Experience producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • The confidence to manage priorities, lead others and work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Luma or Midjourney
  • Social-first editing experience across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube
  • Camera operating experience
  • Previous experience within a creative studio or production company
