About The Job Operations Manager London (Hybrid) £40,000 Basic + Bonus & Event Commission Full-time | Event Operations & Project Delivery This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing international business operating within the B2B events and media space. You’ll play a central role in delivering high-profile live, virtual, and hybrid events while working closely with senior leadership to support operational excellence and long-term growth. We’re looking for someone who understands that successful event operations isn’t just about logistics — it’s about stakeholder management, commercial awareness, flawless execution, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
