A leading UK events organisation is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Executive to support its premium hosted buyer programmes across a specialist event portfolio. Working closely with senior retailers, suppliers and industry leaders, you’ll help shape curated meeting agendas and ensure every attendee gets genuine value from the experience.

What You’ll Be Doing- Identifying, qualifying and securing high-quality hosted buyers for industry-leading events
- Building strong relationships with senior decision makers across relevant sectors
- Managing outreach via phone, email and social platforms to ensure buyer engagement
- Understanding delegate goals to match them with the right suppliers and meeting partners
- Supporting the delivery of targeted, data-led buyer acquisition campaigns
- Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline tracking
- Coordinating closely with operations to deliver a seamless delegate journey
- Providing onsite support at events, assisting buyers with schedules and maximising their experience
- Suggesting new ideas to strengthen buyer engagement and overall programme performance
- Confidence speaking with senior executives and decision makers
- Strong communication skills — clear, personable and persuasive
- Highly organised approach with excellent time and pipeline management
- Ability to work proactively and manage varied workloads
- Resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused mindset
- Experience in events, sales, recruitment or account management (preferred but not essential)
- £30,000 – £32,000 salary + £5,000 bonus
- Hybrid working — 3 days in the London office, 2 days from home
