This is a unique role for a motivated self-starter who is ready to become a pivotal part of a global, entrepreneurial organisation What You\’ll Be Doing 🎯 Driving new business revenue for the clinical studies recruitment vertical. Identifying new opportunities, clients, and partnerships to ensure a robust, developed pipeline. Cold calling and initiating dialogue with prospective clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and their agencies. Creating and facilitating key relationships with client decision-makers. Developing and presenting strategic proposals that directly address the client\’s needs and objectives. Traveling as necessary to meet with prospects, clients, and attend key industry events. What\’s Needed From You 💼 Essential: Proven media sales experience within the healthcare sector, with an established network of Healthcare Professional (HCP) contacts. Minimum of two (2) years of media sales experience within the Clinical Trials and Pharmaceutical industries. A proven track record of successfully creating and closing new business relationships with both agencies and clients. Experience in medical education and/or patient recruitment campaigns is highly preferable. Competent knowledge of the digital and data landscape. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. A collaborative and dedicated team player. Culture
