Business Development Events Executive
to play a key role within their events and marketing function. You\βll be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-value hosted meetings, engaging senior decision-makers, and ensuring client commitments are delivered with accuracy, professionalism and energy.

What You\βll Be Doing
- Guiding VIP participants through the onboarding process for hosted meetings, including registration, event logistics and enquiries
- Conducting targeted outreach via
phone, email and social channels
to recruit and qualify senior executives - Researching and identifying the right buyer personas to match with event partners using data-led insights
- Building strong relationships with VIPs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Providing daily administrative support, keeping CRM and databases fully updated
- Scheduling hosted meetings and supporting the preparation of all relevant documentation
- Coordinating communication and workflow across internal teams and external service providers
- Monitoring hosted meeting expenses and supporting budget tracking
- Maintaining high-quality client communication and managing challenges discreetly
- Supporting analytical tasks, reporting and insights as part of ongoing programme delivery
- Being part of the
all-hands-on-deck
team during peak pre-event periods
What You\βll Bring
- Experience in customer service, telesales, sales, community management, recruitment or similar client-facing roles
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Confident phone manner β comfortable speaking with senior executives
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks at once
- Calm under pressure and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is a bonus
- Analytical thinker with the ability to use insight to improve processes
- Curious, collaborative and eager to expand your skills
