An ambitious international B2B events company is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join its growing team. The role will involve managing revenue generation across multiple event portfolios throughout the year, with responsibility for both new business development and account growth.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving supplier and sponsorship revenue across several established event portfolios. Working across approximately 4–5 events annually, the successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver against weekly revenue targets. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, enjoys consultative selling and is confident building long-term client relationships.

  • Generate sponsorship and supplier revenue across multiple B2B events
  • Manage and deliver against weekly and event-based revenue targets
  • Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
  • Identify and win new business through proactive outreach, referrals, LinkedIn and market research
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through upselling, sponsorship and repeat business
  • Keep CRM systems fully updated with pipeline activity and forecasts
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations and delivery teams to support event success
  • Attend events onsite to manage client relationships and support rebookings

Experience within B2B events, exhibitions, sponsorship, media or a similar commercial sales environment. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong new business and consultative sales skills. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Highly organised with strong pipeline management and forecasting ability. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Positive, proactive and commercially driven mindset.
