What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and delivering advertising revenue targets across print, digital and events
  • Selling multi‑platform advertising solutions including magazine, website and event sponsorships
  • Driving new business development while managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Creating tailored advertising and sponsorship packages to maximise yield
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the healthcare and pharmacy sectors
  • Selling sponsorship packages for annual industry awards and 4–5 key events per year
  • Maintaining strong market awareness to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Collaborating with editorial, production and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Managing advertising pipelines, forecasting revenue and reporting on performance
  • Ensuring timely delivery of advertising copy and campaign execution

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in advertising, media or publishing sales
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Confident selling both print and digital advertising solutions
  • Commercially minded with a structured approach to sales strategy
  • Good digital awareness and understanding of multi‑platform media
  • Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working autonomously
