Our client, a renowned global marketing agency, is looking for a dynamic OOH Sales Manager to help their clients maximise sales across two leading portfolios. What will this role include?

  • Lead the team’s efforts to maximise sales in the OOH media sector, particularly within air and train media channels.
  • Support team members to create compelling OOH sales proposals.
  • Manage your team’s performance, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Support the Commercial Director in shaping sales strategies and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maximise personal sales efforts through direct client engagement, OOH specialists, and advertising agencies in the UK and internationally.
  • Drive the growth of the OOH portfolio by identifying new revenue opportunities for clients.
  • Sell multi-platform, cross-portfolio deals.
  • Create and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the team and promptly follow up on leads assigned to you.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials for OOH assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and clear communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and third parties.
  • Attend industry conferences relevant to the media in both the UK and abroad.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the out-of-home advertising sector.
  • Proven track record of portfolio development, successfully introducing new ideas or opportunities that have driven revenue growth and improved customer/client satisfaction.
  • A solid understanding of the environments hosting OOH media, such as train stations and airports.
  • Strong team leadership and account management expertise.
  • Established, positive relationships with advertisers, including direct clients, OOH specialists, agencies, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Exceptional skills in creating presentations and writing proposals.
