Business Development Manager – Marketing

To support our company growth plans, we\’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join us & play a key role in our fast-growing agency.
The role includes the whole sales cycle from outbound prospecting, managing inbound leads through to onboarding success and encouraging further business.
You\’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Sales, developing our business development function to be an intrinsic part of our success.

Responsibilities

  1. Managing outbound sales processes and handling inbound leads to hit sales targets.
  2. Conducting digital marketing analysis to develop proposals alongside department managers, then leading the pitch process and following up with leads to close.
  3. Support onboarding new clients, working with the teams implementing to ensure an excellent start for clients.
  4. Regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services, understanding their changing needs and ensuring the relevant services are offered.
  5. Managing your customer portfolio through exemplary use of our powerful CRM.
  6. Developing and growing accounts whilst nurturing the client relationship and loyalty.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills being able to interact with different stakeholders.
  2. Significant experience in professional client relationship management with a solid background in search/performance marketing.
  3. Confident in negotiating agreements and presenting to existing and prospective clients.
  4. A rigorous, autonomous, creative and proactive approach.

  6. Salary from £50K to £70K (with all performance bonuses included).
