An exciting opportunity to join us at an exciting and growing period for the Hotel after recent refurbishment and new ownership. Hotel Wrexham has 8 acres of land, 37 bedrooms, 3 function rooms and a newly launched gastro pub offering, with future plans including the operation of Wrexham's first Serviced Apartment complex too.
We are seeking a full-time General Manager for an on-site role located in Wrexham. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, ensuring guest satisfaction, and implementing policies to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include financial management, maintaining property standards, and coordinating with departments to achieve business goals. The General Manager will also be in charge of strategic planning and delivering exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.
