Associate – Litigation OR Funds

Location: Cayman Islands

We are hiring for two associate roles (3–5 years PQE) with top-tier firms in the Cayman Islands — one for Litigation team, the other in Funds team.

🔹 Litigation Role:

  • Handle commercial disputes, including insolvency and cross-border matters.
  • 3–5 years PQE in litigation, ideally in Cayman Islands or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

🔹 Funds Role:

  • Advise on fund structuring and Cayman regulatory compliance.
  • 3–5 years PQE in investment funds or private equity.
  • Experience with fund documents and regulatory matters (CIMA, AML, FATCA/CRS).
