What You’ll Be Doing:
- Giving every customer the 5-star treatment (think boutique hotel energy)
- Serving our stunning range of pastries, desserts, salads, and coffee
- Sharing your knowledge of our menu and helping customers choose the perfect treat
- Keeping the front of house area looking spotless and beautiful
- Staying cool and efficient when things get busy
- Working closely with the rest of the team to create a smooth, seamless experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural people person with a warm, friendly approach
- Great attention to detail – from latte art to tidy counter
- Experience in a high-end hospitality setting is a big plus
- Someone who’s organised, quick on their feet, and loves being part of a team
- A passion for great coffee, beautiful food, and making people smile
