Job Description

We are seeking a hands‑on nightshift Supervisor to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day supervision of warehouse operations within a multi-temperature environment.

Leading a team of approximately 15 colleagues to ensure all activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

You will oversee and ensure all picking, replenishment, loading and dispatch activities are completed safely, accurately and on time to support next‑day customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and respond to emails daily.
  • Complete all daily start up tasks.
  • Supervise the team and assist them with any queries or problems they may have.
  • Assist the Warehouse manager with any warehouse requirements they may need.
  • Oversee SLN 10pm routes.
  • Complete the running of Aisles to ensure a smooth running of the shift.
  • Do stock checks and check any NATOPS before excepting on handset.
  • Report any damaged stock.
  • Report to manager any changes that need to happen.
  • Complete the end of shift tasks.
  • Warehouse team
  • Have constant communication with the team and management.
  • Using Qnetex for left over stock to ensure it’s added to the right pallet.
  • Leading the team within a time scale to get the pallets loaded on time.
  • Report to management with any ideas to help in the night’s operation.
