The position is based in the UK and requires regular presence in our London office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Drive measurable pipeline creation, acceleration, and market awareness across enterprise and partner channels. Serve as a key participant in the global Marketing Leadership Team, contributing regional insights, strategic direction, and operational leadership. Act as the primary advocate for EMEA within the broader global marketing organization, ensuring regional priorities, opportunities, and market dynamics are effectively represented.
  • Sales Partnership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong, trusted partnerships with EMEA sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on business priorities, pipeline goals, account focus, and go-to-market execution. Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across sales, alliances, customer success, communications, and demand generation teams. Establish a highly collaborative operating rhythm between marketing and sales to maximize regional performance and accountability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing distributed EMEA marketing team with regional coverage across: UK, Northern Europe, DACH, Southern Europe, Middle East. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence across a geographically distributed organization. Bring experience managing international teams and operating effectively across diverse regional markets and cultures.
  • Field, Events & Partner Marketing: Own EMEA field marketing strategy including executive programs, customer events, third-party conferences, roadshows, and partner initiatives. Develop scalable partner marketing programs with strategic alliances and channel partners to drive awareness and pipeline contribution. Ensure regional programs effectively support enterprise sales motions and customer engagement objectives.
  • Global Coordination & Regional Execution: Coordinate with global marketing teams on campaign strategy and execution, media and analyst awareness, public relations and communications, digital demand generation and advertising, localization and regional adaptation of programs and content. Ensure global initiatives are effectively translated and optimized for EMEA market needs and buying behaviors.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Own and manage the EMEA marketing budget, optimizing investment against pipeline, awareness, and ROI objectives. Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational rigor to measure performance and guide investment decisions. Continuously evaluate and optimize regional marketing effectiveness based on business impact and market insights.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, including significant experience leading regional marketing organizations across EMEA within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Proven track record building and executing pan-EMEA marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with regional sales leadership and building highly aligned go-to-market relationships.
