The Customer Success Manager will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s services and products, aligning with customers’ business objectives and priorities. The role involves driving customer success through advisory, adoption strategies, and metrics analysis, aiming for higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate a customer-focused sales, orientation, and launch process.
- Build strong relationships up to the C-level within customer organizations.
- Deeply understand the customer’s identity and access governance landscape, business challenges, and advise on solutions delivered by Saviynt.
- Foster trust with customers and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and realize full business value.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align product development and support with customer strategies.
- Represent customer needs in internal prioritization processes.
- Prepare proactively for key events such as go-lives and releases.
- Create and maintain detailed account and success plans for each customer.
- Monitor KPIs and review them monthly for corrective actions.
- Identify utilization trends and recommend actions based on risks and customer needs.
- Organize training sessions on new features and updates.
- Manage renewal pipelines, especially at-risk customers, to ensure successful renewals.
- Support delivery projects and process improvements organization-wide.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Required: Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity or compliance background is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Preferred: Identity Security practitioner certification.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in customer success or application portfolio management within SaaS.
- Hands-on IAM and security experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscapes.
- Experience in consulting and implementing IT systems, especially cloud and identity management.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking and crisis management.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Skills in process improvement, decision-making, planning, and service excellence.
- Proactive with a strong risk-avoidance mindset.
- Willing to travel up to 20%.
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year
