The IAM Practice Manager will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s services and products, aligning with customers’ business objectives. This role is responsible for driving customer success through advisory, adoption strategies, and metrics analysis, leading to higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
The key responsibilities include:
