What You\'ll Be Doing to Drive Success:- Be the strategic architect across all go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics.
- Forge powerful collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create organizational alignment and crystal-clear visibility.
- Command the data: Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle, transforming conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and health metrics into actionable insights.
- Master forecasting accuracy, coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadership.
- Own the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning.
- Revolutionize sales processes, from optimizing territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to boosting overall sales productivity.
- Build the future of insights: Define impactful KPIs and construct dynamic dashboards that deliver real-time views into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution.

- We\'re looking for a proactive, ownership-driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability. If you have:
- 3+ years of battle-tested experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Must have powerful BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for modeling complex business challenges and transforming data into concrete, actionable strategies.
- A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressure.
- Executive-level communication skills that enable you to confidently influence senior stakeholders.
- Bonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query tools!
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a definite plus.
