The IAM Practice Manager will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s innovative services and products, aligning with our customers’ business objectives and priorities. The IAM Practice Manager - Customer Experience will be responsible for driving customer success through advisory, adoption strategies, opportunities for increased service, and metrics analysis. Success in this role will lead to higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion for Saviynt.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a customer-focused sales, orientation, and launch process.
  • Build strong relationships with customers up to C-level executives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s identity and access governance landscape and business challenges, advising on solutions delivered by Saviynt products.
  • Establish trusting relationships with customers and executive sponsors to promote product adoption and realize full business value.
  • Coordinate with internal Saviynt teams to align product development and support with the customer’s business strategy.
  • Represent the customer in internal prioritization processes.
  • Prepare proactively for key events such as go-lives and releases.
  • Create and maintain an account or success plan for each customer.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and review monthly for corrective actions.
  • Identify utilization trends and provide recommendations based on risk and customer needs.
  • Plan and deliver education sessions on new features and releases.
  • Manage the renewal pipeline, addressing potential at-risk customers to ensure successful renewals.
  • Assist in managing delivery projects and organizational process improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including the product.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity or compliance background is valuable.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM and security technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft, or Saviynt.
  • Consulting experience from a large/strategic consultancy or internal corporate consulting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscapes.
  • Experience in consulting and implementing IT systems, especially cloud services and identity management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and problem avoidance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually.
