The primary objective of this role is to lead and deliver customer projects ensuring exceptional outcomes. The Professional and Expert Services teams at Saviynt provide partners and customers with in-depth technical expertise and implementation support to guarantee success. This leadership role focuses on managing our regional internal strategic IAM practice. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in IAM technologies.

As Director, you will drive leadership, vision, and strategic growth for the Identity Security Community. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, profitable service engagements that foster trusted advisor relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include managing critical consulting metrics such as utilization, profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the Identity Governance organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Understand the business context and lead the solution design
  • Responsible for technology choices and decisions
  • Promote architectural and development best practices
  • Ensure projects are designed within approved architectural standards
  • Lead design reviews and implement best design principles
  • Provide technical leadership in all aspects of SDLC, including system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Demonstrates ability to bring in a fresh perspective, generates new and imaginative ideas/approaches
  • Facilitating the development process and operations
  • Identifying setbacks and shortcomings
  • Defining and enforcing (Training & Review) the Architecture standards and guidelines
  • Guiding the implementation team
  • Contributing towards practice development tasks related to Trainings and SOW validation

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Must have leadership experience implementing Identity Access or Identity Governance solutions integrating with critical applications and infrastructure
  • Must have strong working experience in IAM Domain involving minimum three end to end IAM project delivery
  • 3-5 years of consulting management experience leading people to support customer satisfaction and understanding key consulting business metrics
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in people management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling Professional Services functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong working experience on microservices
  • Strong experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to do a cost benefit analysis of assigned projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to estimate the implementation efforts

£150,000 – £180,000 a year

We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $220,000 – $250,000 annually.

You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter

Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

  • Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
  • Incident Response Policy/Procedures
  • Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
