About The Northcote Saviour
Opened in November 2024, The Northcote Saviour is a vibrant new neighbourhood pub and cocktail bar on Northcote Road, Battersea. We’re part of Saviour Bars Limited, a small independent group of bars and pubs focused on creating inviting, community-driven spaces that pair great craft beer, wine, and cocktails with fresh small plates and genuine hospitality.
Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver high-quality, modern small-plate dishes from our busy open kitchen (80 covers). In the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll take responsibility for leading service and maintaining consistency across the team. This is a Full Time role, and will involve predominantly evenings and weekend shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a fresh-food kitchen (London experience ideal)
- Passion for quality ingredients, flavour, and presentation
- Experience in independent venues or high-street groups using fresh produce
- A confident communicator – comfortable working in an open kitchen and engaging with guests
- Team-focused, organised, and calm under pressure
