Savills Workplace & Design is seeking an experienced and well‑connected new business development manager to drive growth across our interior architecture and workplace strategy services. Operating in the London commercial office market, this role focuses on building relationships, generating opportunities and positioning our team as the partner of choice for workplace strategy, interior architecture and fit‑out projects for occupiers.

You will leverage Savills’ extensive CRM and data platforms, including CoStar, Salesforce and Athena to identify prospects, shape market insights and convert leads into revenue. This role involves developing trusted relationships with landlords, occupiers, project managers, cost consultants, contractors, agents, and key industry bodies, while representing Savills at sector events to raise the team’s profile.

The position also leads the creation and delivery of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, presenting confidently to senior stakeholders and clearly articulating Savills’ workplace design and strategy offering. Collaboration is essential, working closely with internal service lines to source opportunities and promote services sensitively, ensuring alignment with both internal teams and external partners.
