Role Overview
The position encompasses workflow oversight and strategic reporting. With direct responsibility for performance metrics, team development, and the integration of compliance processes within broader business functions, this role is key to maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the compliance framework in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the AML Compliance team, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business priorities. This role ensures the smooth execution of compliance workflows, optimises team performance, and upholds high standards in financial crim processes across the organisation.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial role (including people management)
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge/experience of AML regulations, industry best practices, and financial crime risk management desirable
- Familiarity with AML software systems and tools desirable

The Compliance team covers all regulatory aspects across Savills UK. It involves ensuring that our business is compliant by providing policy, advice and training on areas of regulation such as Client acceptance and anti-money laundering, Estate Agent Act, Code of Conduct, Fraud and Bribery policy, as well as the completion of client due diligence checks. We are a dynamic team that is passionate about our responsibility, always seeking out best practices and improving ways to protect Savills and our clients from regulatory risk.
