Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Transformation Project Manager on a permanent contract to lead and coordinate a critical transformation programme across a national function. The role is vital to resolving operational inefficiencies, strengthening business development, improving team cohesion, and building a culture of accountability across regional teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and regional leads to implement process improvements, drive sustainable growth, and enhance operational alignment across the business.
