Are you a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for real estate? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and registered Valuation Surveyor to join our market leading team based in our Manchester office. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be responsible for the preparation of valuation reports from initial quotation through to finalisation and delivery to the client within our Manchester team. This role will be supporting the Director in managing the valuations of a key trophy asset and providing expert valuation advice.

Our team of 400+ RICS registered experts provide commercial, residential and rural property valuations to banks and building societies, property companies, developers, investors and fund managers. This team comprises of two Directors, an Associate Director, one Associate and a Graduate. The team has a proven track record of nurturing and developing graduates and newly qualified surveyors and supporting them through their APC and the early stages of their career at Savills.
Working throughout the UK and Europe, our experts undertake thousands of valuations each year either on a one-off or repeat basis. In addition to mainstream sectors, our services can be applied across a number of specialisms too, including leisure, healthcare and hotels.
