Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Valuation Surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation Team based in Cardiff working across a diverse range of assets, playing a key role in the strategic growth of the team.

The primary focus of the role is undertaking regular valuations on behalf of the major UK funding institutions, property companies, unitised funds and Life Companies. You will work across a diverse range of assets, have responsibility for a portfolio of clients, and play a key role in business development and the strategic growth of the team.

Team Overview

Working across all commercial sectors, from offices to retail warehouse, the team has significant representation in the UK, along with colleagues in place across the world. Over 400 RICS-registered valuers in the UK are joined by a 250-strong team across Europe and the Middle East and a further 275 specialists in Asia and Australasia.

Our commercial valuation experts are client-focused, providing valuation services specific to their needs, with our advice based on market evidence and trends. We pride ourselves on our processes, which are transparent, objective and to the highest quality.
