Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Valuation Surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation Team based in Cardiff working across a diverse range of assets, playing a key role in the strategic growth of the team.
The primary focus of the role is undertaking regular valuations on behalf of the major UK funding institutions, property companies, unitised funds and Life Companies. You will work across a diverse range of assets, have responsibility for a portfolio of clients, and play a key role in business development and the strategic growth of the team.

Team Overview
