Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly-qualified Surveyor/Agent to join our Hotel Capital Markets team based in our Glasgow office. The successful candidate will join a team focussing on the private & corporate ownership hotel market across Scotland and rest of the UK.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a busy team, focussed on delivering excellent advice to a range of clients and could be of interest to a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. It could be a spring board to a career in real estate and a way of gaining notable experience in a client service environment.

Savills Hotels UK team consists of circa 30 leading individuals across the UK, from offices in Exeter to Edinburgh will give you a unique opportunity to be part of a national team who adopt a collegiate approach when it comes to delivering advice and support. Strong track record and expertise working within all segments of the hotel property sector. Specialising in all hotel, resort and serviced apartment markets, we provide full geographical and sector-specific coverage utilising our integrated, global network of over 600 offices based throughout Asia Pacific, the UK, Europe and the USA.
The Hotels team is part of the 140-person strong Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division, the market-leading advisor in the UK and European operational real estate / ‘Living’ sectors (covering Hotels, Residential, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Senior Living and Healthcare): https://services/investment/operational-capital-markets.aspx
The division is supported by one of the best information resources and relationship networks in the industry. Our team is able to provide a wealth of experience, knowledge and an understanding of the market that is of value to our clients and their needs. The team is split into two arms, Valuation and Capital Markets, covering acquisitions, valuations and transactions, financings and M&A.
