The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued smooth operation of a key component of our current managed commercial portfolio with particular emphasis on client and occupier relationship management, site team support and development and continuous improvement. Based at our Dublin head office, the successful candidate will be expected to also work with our site management teams and identify and develop new business opportunities that will help continue the strong growth of our successful and expanding property & facilities management business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively supporting an existing team to deliver a ‘best-in-class’ management service for a number of our key clients.
  • Working with senior management to identify new service line opportunities to help complement our existing quality client service offering.
  • Be part of our business development strategy including pitch preparation and presentation.
  • Deliver written output ensuring excellent quality, timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain regular contact with all key stakeholders involved across the managed portfolio.
  • Continuous oversight and understanding of fee performance within the relevant portfolio and across the department as a whole.
  • Supporting all key stakeholders to help deliver all ESG related goals and targets.
  • Mentor, develop and line manage staff as required.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Strong Property Management experience, and an in-depth understanding of the challenges currently facing the industry are essential.
  • You will be a good people manager with a keen eye for detail and the determination to ensure high quality output is achieved at every level.
  • Your excellent relationship skills will enable you to deliver client satisfaction and help to develop the skills of those working alongside you.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to your work with a continuous willingness to change and improve.
  • Be self-motivated with a goal and results orientation.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a desire to deliver quality of output.
  • Have excellent relationship management skills and be able to display a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Generate ideas and new ways of doing things, and have the ability to influence others.
  • Have the desire and ability to identify new business service lines / opportunities.
  • Be capable of satisfying customer needs, managing expectations and have excellent people management skills.
  • Be SCSI / RICS qualified or in the process of completing / intending to complete qualification.
  • Have extensive commercial property management experience and ready to face new challenges in a fast-changing industry.
  • A solid understanding of ESG and the importance it plays in the built environment.
  • Be IT competent and ideally have experience with our property management software system Yardi.
  • Have a full valid driving licence and use of own car.
