We are seeking an experienced Director to provide high-level strategic advice to clients across a broad range of energy and infrastructure technologies, including onshore wind, solar PV and energy storage. This senior role will shape and grow Savills’ energy offering, working closely with some of the UK’s most significant landowners on their energy transition and net zero strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee negotiation of option and lease documentation for proposed renewable energy and energy storage projects, ensuring commercial, legal and strategic objectives are met.
- Lead strategic site search and evaluation activities for a diverse client base, drawing on strong market insight and technical understanding to identify and deliver high-quality development opportunities.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to clients across energy and infrastructure technologies.
- Work closely with landowners on energy transition and net zero strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years’ experience within the renewable energy or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of leadership, project management and client relationship development.
- Strong market insight and technical understanding of renewable energy technologies.
