This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join Savills' growing Building & Project Consultancy team in Southampton. Working with a diverse client base that includes landlords, occupiers, investors and developers, you will take a leading role in delivering a broad range of professional building surveying and project consultancy services across the commercial property sector.
As a trusted adviser, you'll combine strong technical expertise with commercial thinking to deliver tailored solutions, manage complex projects, and build long-term client relationships. From contract administration and technical due diligence to dilapidations, development monitoring and major refurbishment projects, you'll enjoy exposure to a varied and high-profile workload that will challenge and develop your skills.
Beyond project delivery, you'll play a key role in helping grow the Southampton team, identifying new business opportunities, supporting client development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues.
