Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Architecture and Building Surveying South West team. Based out of our Exeter Office, you’ll be working with our team with a wide range of experience, focusing on:Specification, Tendering, Contract Administration and Project delivery of works ranging from 30k-2m (subject to experience);Undertaking pre-purchase building surveys of residential and commercial property;Preparing schedules of condition for leasehold purposes;Undertaking inspections and producing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules;Undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for a wide range of properties and portfolio types;Providing advice and consultancy on general defect analysis of property;Maintaining our established client base and growing new leads.Click here to download the full job specification.
