Situated in the heart of Inverness and directly connected to the main train station, Eastgate plays a central role in the city\’s commercial and social life.

We are now seeking an experienced and driven
Shopping Centre Manager
to lead the day-to-day operation of this key regional asset and help guide it into its next phase of growth.

About the Role:

As Centre Manager, you\’ll take overall responsibility for the commercial, operational and stakeholder success of the scheme.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and Administrator, you\’ll lead a small, established team to deliver high standards, strong tenant engagement and sound financial management.

Your focus will be on building relationships with retailers, the local authority, BID and community partners, while ensuring smooth operational performance and consistent reporting.

We\’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven leadership experience in retail property, destination management or a comparable environment

• Can balance commercial acumen with operational oversight and stakeholder engagement

• Communicates clearly, builds trust and leads with confidence

• Brings energy and drive to modernise and enhance performance

• Is comfortable working autonomously within a regional portfolio
