Role Overview
The role encompasses two core areas of activity: the proactive management of service charge transition balances and associated posting, and the ongoing oversight of service charge cash reconciliations. Both areas require a confident communicator who is comfortable working with colleagues across multiple regional offices and who understands the commercial and reputational importance of service charge compliance in a large property management environment.

Team Overview
This role sits within Savills UK Property Management Finance operations, the team responsible for delivering robust financial management services across the firm's extensive commercial property management portfolio. You will report directly to the UK Service Charge Manager and will have direct contact with the various Heads of Regional Client Accounting offices and the Head of UK Client Accounting, giving the role a high degree of visibility at a senior level within the finance function. We support our clients from Savills' regional property management offices across the UK, and this position is open to candidates based out of any of our core UK Property Management Finance offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow or Edinburgh.
