We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Senior Surveyor/Associate to join our Development Viability team based in London. We provide clients with best in class financial viability, regeneration, valuation and affordable housing consultancy and agency advice. The successful candidate will be working within one of the country’s largest specialist development viability consultancy teams on some of London’s most significant development schemes in addition to large strategic schemes nationally.

Our role is to make sure that a development is viable, or advise clients past the pitfalls. This ensures that planning applications evolve into deliverable schemes, or an efficient withdrawal if needed. Consequently, our work revolves around protecting scheme value, removing risk and mapping out exit-routes where appropriate.

Our services range across all aspects of affordable housing consultancy, valuation and agency services, development viability advice and guidance on Section 106 agreements. This serves any sector participant, from land owner to developer, house builder to Registered Provider. We also work for contractors, banks, charities and local authorities.
