Role Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Senior/Associate Planner to join our Planning North Team based in our Leeds office. The role will involve managing your own workload, assisting senior team members on large instructions, conducting EIA screening and scoping exercises, undertaking planning research and enquiries, drafting and preparing reports and planning submissions, and supporting the team’s caseload and business development activities. The role is based in our Leeds office with an option for hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own workload and assist senior team members on large instructions.
- Conduct EIA screening and scoping exercises.
- Undertake planning research and enquiries.
- Draft and prepare reports and planning submissions, including site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, and development plan representations.
- Assist with the management of the team’s caseload and support business development activities.
Qualifications
MRTPI and/or RICS qualification, with experience in the infrastructure and/or renewable energy sector and EIA experience.
