Role Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Senior/Associate Planner to join our Planning North Team based in our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will be MRTPI and /or RICS qualified and ideal with experience in the Infrastructure and/or renewable energy sector with EIA experience.
This role will involve managing your own workload, assisting the senior team members on large instructions, EIA screening and scoping exercises, undertaking planning research and enquiries, drafting and finessing reports and planning submissions (site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, development plan representations and so on) as well as assisting with the management of the team’s caseload and its business development activities. The role will be based in our Leeds office with an element of hybrid working an option.

Team Overview

The Planning North Team works on a wide range of projects across the country from offices in Leeds and Manchester. While a large part of the role will be devoted to our diverse range of existing renewable energy projects, successful candidates can also expect to work on other projects including city centre regeneration, strategic land, retail, rural and logistics.
