Would you be interested in working on some of the biggest projects being delivered predominately in the Thames Valley and surrounding area? You would join a vibrant team of over 20 planners working across the Reading and Oxford offices, providing planning consultancy advice to a wide range of clients in relation to large scale residential and commercial developments, renewable energy and battery storage, water infrastructure, educational developments through to smaller rural projects.
If so, your role would involve land promotion and preparation of planning applications, both assisting and potentially managing your own projects, as well as planning appraisals and appeals. You will be developing client relationships and contributing to the wider team's objectives in terms of growth of the targeted development sectors and finances. Additionally, you will help to provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
