The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Based in our Salisbury office, we are looking for someone to be responsible for managing circa 120 units across Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset, being first point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors and staff.
Duties will include:
- Negotiating and managing tenancies
- Marketing properties
- Arranging quotations and works
- Managing estate budgets and cashflows

Team Overview: Savills dynamic Salisbury rural property management team provides a first class customer service to both clients and tenants. Our clients range from small private clients to larger portfolios owned by Charities, Institutional and Private clients.
