We are looking for a trainee in our LPA Receiver team. Take the next step in your career with an exciting opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of residential properties across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. In this fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with tenants, clients, contractors, and professional partners — delivering high-quality service and driving positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities / Pathway
- Build your expertise through a structured training programme, with a pathway to become an LPA Receiver and future Department Head.
- Learn to lead the management of a large residential property portfolio, creating effective strategies tailored to client needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, solicitors, and agents, ensuring smooth communication and a professional experience.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance by coordinating trusted contractors, and represent the department with confidence, integrity, and a commitment to the exceptional standards of the Savills brand.

The LPA team in Salisbury deal with residential property where there has been a breach in the buy-to-let mortgage terms and conditions. Our clients are high street lenders. It is a very busy department and we deal with a high volume of telephone calls, which may on occasions be challenging. We are supportive of one another and enjoy a positive team vibe.
