The Role / Location

Due to our expanding residential business in Cork, we are currently recruiting a Sales Negotiator who is ambitious, competent and innovative. The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities which include the marketing and sale of residential property in Cork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle a high volume of sales in a busy environment.
  • Manage the entire sales process from marketing to viewing and sales of new and resale properties.
  • Liaise with the marketing team and solicitors where required.
  • Strong market knowledge contributing to market intel database.
  • Expert negotiating skills to manage both new and existing client relationships in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively, be target-driven and motivated by success.
  • Results focused with an organised approach to time management and workload requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation.
  • Capable of listening, analysing and understanding customer requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • PSRA License.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
  • Team player – working within a fast-paced dynamic team.
  • Good presentation.
  • Experience with onsite sales or estate agency is preferable, applicable sales or customer service background will be considered.
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and associated databases.
  • Dependable – ability to work on your own initiative.
