The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are seeking an individual to join our rural business in Scotland, with opportunities available in both Perth and/or Edinburgh. We welcome candidates with specialist valuation expertise, as well as those interested in a blended role encompassing Landlord and Tenant matters, Access and Rights, Valuation, and Rural Consultancy for a diverse client base.
You will be a confident and effective communicator with a strategic mindset, bringing experience across a wide range of rural property. The role could include consultancy work for our existing estate management clients as well as developing and winning valuation and consultancy jobs.

The successful candidates will be joining the Scotland Rural Consultancy Team, working with other team members based in our Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dumfries and Perth offices. We specialise in providing strategic and day-to-day advice to a variety of clients.
