This is an excellent opportunity for both new entrants to this sector and those with some or plenty of Agency experience. What we're really looking for is the right fit for our department. Your day-to-day workload will be varied and largely office based, consisting of anything from arranging viewings, taking property details for market appraisals, registering buyers’ requirements and updating our clients on the progress of their property sales, to name but a few. If you have a confident and polite telephone manner alongside a strong background in client delivery and administration and are looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities- A possible, first point of contact for new and existing buyers/clients
- Marketing support – setting up property files in readiness for advertising (including completion of due diligence in line with AML/KYC Savills Policies), coordinating and working with our clients & 3rd party brochure companies, organizing property previews for the office based & viewing teams in readiness of advertising.
- Creating new applicant files and maintaining buyer relationships, for our extensive database
- Invoicing
- Contacting warm leads via email and telephone (circa 65% of the role)
- Updating the sales team with potential leads for both active buyers and prospective vendors
- Screening potential buyers for suitability
- Professional and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
- Comply with Savills Code of Conduct and Policies.
- Effective coordination of third party requests such as surveys
- Supporting the Office Manager with reporting and achieving KPI's
- Occasional local property viewings
- Updating solicitors and agents on chain details
- Previous applicant management/negotiator experience welcome, but not essential
- Proactive: takes initiative within active applicant management
- Detail oriented: meticulous in sourcing and recording accurate data
- Strong team player who builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Previous sales and/or sales/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
