We are looking for a Refurbishment Consultant to join our Interior Services team. A client-facing Project Manager responsible for delivering high-quality residential refurbishment and interior projects from concept to completion. The role combines project management, commercial oversight, contractor coordination, and business development, ensuring successful outcomes for clients whilst identifying opportunities to grow the business and strengthen internal relationships.
Team Overview: The Refurbishment & Interiors by Savills team comprises five specialists dedicated to helping clients transform and enhance their properties through tailored refurbishment and furnishing solutions. We provide a comprehensive end-to-end service, guiding clients through every stage of their project, from the initial brief and budget planning through contractor procurement, tendering, project management, completion, and final handover.
