The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Working closely with Regional Heads of Department, you’ll focus on generating opportunities, re-connecting with past clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This is a relationship-led role where your ability to engage, influence and build trust over the phone and via email will be key. You’ll be speaking with a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and senior decision-makers, helping to uncover opportunities and support long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, or managing client relationships
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and high-value clients
- A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to stay motivated over longer sales cycles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organisation and a natural sense of commercial awareness
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
We’re keen to hear from individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy building relationships. You might come from a sales, telesales, or client-facing background and be looking to develop your career in a professional, high-performing environment. Experience in property, luxury services, or another client-focused professional environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
