We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of the assets, while delivering a high standard of service to both occupiers and our clients.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management, including:

  • Occupier liaison
  • Lease administration
  • Service charge budgeting
  • Contractor coordination
  • Facilities oversight
  • Financial reporting

You will work closely with internal teams across leasing, finance, and facilities management, as well as external suppliers, to maintain the quality and value of the portfolio. This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve property-related issues.
